Note: This is a general list of Speed Limits. We have signs that will display on your HUD in city for each road!
Officers may clock your speed at any time — and excessive speeding will lead to fines or arrest.
- A Commercial Driver’s License is required for anyone operating trucks, delivery vehicles, or other commercial-class rides.
- Don’t have one? Expect tickets, seizures, and possible jail time.
- Talk to a LEO Officer to get your CDL today!
- Seatbelts are recommended for everyday driving.
- Use “B” to toggle your seatbelt.
- Racing harnesses are legal and highly recommended for high-speed or law enforcement vehicles. These must be installed by a mechanic.
- While it’s not a crime to drive without a seatbelt, injuries are more likely during crashes — both mechanically and in RP.
- Buckle up — or risk flying through the windshield.
- Driving under the influence of substances (excluding alcohol) is strictly prohibited.
- Driving with a BAC of 0.08 or higher is illegal and will result in DUI charges.
- Shooting from a moving vehicle is illegal, unless it’s response or cover fire during an active RP scenario.
- Your vehicle must fit entirely within a single lane. Oversized or misaligned vehicles are considered not road-legal.
- If your vehicle takes up two lanes, you better have a DOT permit — or a good lawyer.
- At red lights, if emergency vehicles approach with sirens, you may run the light safely to pull over immediately.
- Always yield the right of way to PD, EMS, or Fire when they are responding with lights and sirens.
- Treat every light like a 4-way stop:
- Come to a complete stop
- Wait at least 3 seconds
- Check for traffic and locals
- Proceed only if it’s clear
- Running lights like GTA Online is not allowed — we’re telling stories here.
