Phantom State no longer enforces Green Zones. This means any RP can happen anywhere in the city, including areas previously designated as safe zones. However, this freedom comes with responsibility. While you can start conflict anywhere, that doesn’t mean you should — especially in places like hospitals, police stations, or spawn areas. Roleplay Anywhere - But your actions will have consequences!
- Hospitals, PD, and other critical services are not protected zones, but attacking or disrupting them without reasonable RP will lead to serious consequences.
- Passive RP is encouraged, especially in areas with high foot traffic or utility (e.g., apartments, spawn, or government buildings).
- Don't abuse the freedom — robbing someone in a hospital lobby or starting a shootout inside a courthouse with no build-up will be seen as Fail RP or low-effort RP.
- IC consequences are in play: If you cause trouble in a public place, expect security footage, witnesses, and increased police response.
- No place is off-limits, but RP quality will always be enforced.
- Running into a hospital or PD to avoid a scene won’t protect you. If the RP began outside, it can follow you inside — within reason.
- Graffiti, loitering, and aggressive RP in high-traffic or service locations may trigger realistic in-character consequences (such as charges, fines, or security interventions).
- Spawn areas are the only exception — you may break character briefly here if needed (e.g., setting up, tech issues, etc.).
